2 tablespoons of fresh or canned corn kernels (without added salt)
4 tablespoons of water
Preparation
Fill a saucepan with water, add the carrot, potato, corn kernels and peas. Bring to the boil, reduce heat, cover and leave to simmer for 15 minutes mixing from time to time.
Puree the potato. If the puree is too thick, add some water.
